Possible reasons for Work delay or early completion
-
Weather Conditions
Unfavorable weather conditions such as heavy rain, storms, or floods can cause delays in transportation, courier services, and office operations. -
Political Situation
Strikes, protests, political unrest, or law-and-order situations can disrupt the normal functioning of offices and courier services, leading to delays. -
Official Holidays
Public holidays, religious holidays, or government-declared holidays result in the closure of government offices, courier services, and attestation centers, causing a delay in processing. -
Shortage of Staff in Departments
Sometimes, government departments or service offices may face staff shortages due to leaves, transfers, or other internal issues. This can slow down the processing speed. -
Excessive Workload
When there is a high volume of applications or documents, departments may experience processing delays due to excessive workload. -
Courier Service Delays
Courier companies may face delays due to bad weather, traffic issues, or operational challenges, which can impact the delivery or submission of documents. -
Online Portal or Server Issues
Technical problems like server outages, slow systems, or maintenance of the online postal or attestation portals can cause temporary delays in processing. -
New Updates or System Changes
If there are updates in policies, systems, or procedures within the departments, temporary delays may occur until the staff adapts to the new process. -
Limited Working Days of Attestation Offices
Some attestation offices operate only on specific days or have limited working hours, which can lead to delays if submissions or processing do not align with their working schedule. -
Excessive Follow-Ups
Continuous or unnecessary follow-ups can cause irritation to staff and disrupt the workflow. We kindly request clients to avoid excessive follow-ups and allow the process to continue smoothly within the given timeline.

Our Process – How We Work with You Smoothly
1. Scope of Work – Clear Guidance from the Start
We begin by providing you with a detailed list of the required documents, both scanned and originals, needed for attestation. Our team carefully prepares this checklist to ensure there is no confusion. Once the list is shared, we request you to send all scanned copies first for verification and checking.
2. Quantity of Documents & Target Country Confirmation
After reviewing the scanned documents, we confirm with you the exact number of original documents that require attestation along with their supporting documents, whether scanned or original.
We also verify the target country for which attestation is needed, as requirements vary from country to country.
3. Cost & Timeline – Transparent and Fair
Based on the number of documents and the destination country, we prepare a final quotation. Where possible, we even provide a discount without waiting for you to ask.
4. Receiving Original Documents – Simple and Secure
Once you agree to proceed, we move to collect the documents:
-
Scanned copies can be sent to us via WhatsApp or Email.
-
Original documents must be sent to our office via courier or submitted by hand.
Important Note: We do not provide pick-and-drop services from home within Lahore. All clients are respectfully requested to submit their original documents at our office.
5. Work Starts – Immediate Action
As soon as we receive your original documents along with the mutually agreed payment, we start the attestation process immediately as per the procedures and timelines shared earlier.
6. Completion of Work – Full Transparency
Once your attestation is completed, we share clear pictures of the attested documents with you for verification. This ensures everything is as per the agreed scope of work and the quotation.
The client then proceeds to pay any remaining balance, if applicable.
7. Return of Documents – Safe and Reliable
After the attested documents are back in our office, we notify you promptly. Clients can then collect their documents directly from our office or request return via courier (if arranged).
